Tuesday | August 7th | 6:30pm Twilight | The Arlington International Racecourse

Run or Walk the "Homestretch for Heroes" 5K course through the grounds of Arlington International Racecourse and finish on the actual racetrack. Experience the poly-track surface, rolled and packed for runners. The race will be called by John Dooley and there will be a live call to post as the starting gates open.

FIRST 500 registrants receive a special race shirt!
Finish on the Track!
“Win”, “Place” and “Show” awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers.
Receive one beer (must be 21)

All proceeds benefit SALUTE, INC. a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that passionately pursues meeting the financial, physical and emotional needs of the military service members, veterans and their families.

Things to Know

This race is professionally timed.
A water station will be located along the course.
All participants must finish in less than ONE hour.
NO STROLLERS OR DOGS ALLOWED.
Parking is free | Spectators are admitted free | Concessions available for purchase.
Online registration closes midnight on Friday, Aug. 3rd
In person registration will be available at packet pickup (see below) or at the race track on race day.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.

We highly recommend that you pick up your t-shirt and bib PRIOR to race day if possible at Runners Hi n' Tri | 121 W Campbell St. Arlington Heights, IL 60005 | Sat. Aug 4th from 10:00am-5:00pm OR Mon. Aug. 6th from 3-7:00pm.

You may pick up your packet & bib on race day starting at 5:30pm on August 7th at the Arlington Racecourse at the Pre-registered runners line.
