Epiphany 5K Run/Walk

The 5K Run/Walk will start and finish at Epiphany Catholic School.

There will be a pre race day packet pick up on Friday, October 5 in the school gym from 4PM until 7PM

Race Day packet pick up is from 7 AM until 8 AM on Race Morning, Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Proceeds from the Epiphany 5K Run/Walk will benefit the students and staff at Epiphany School

The Epiphany Catholic School Parent & School Association (PSA) will be hosting its 1st Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 6, 2018. The proceeds raised directly benefit the students of Epiphany Catholic School. This event will help raise funds for a playground, tablets and student scholarships.

As this is our 1st 5k Run/Walk event, we cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor. Your sponsorship will assist to defray the cost of organizing the event. Funds received from sponsorships will be used to purchase t‐shirts for registered race participants, awards and complimentary drinks and snacks for each race participant. Any additional money from sponsorships will help go toward our fundraising goal of $10,000. This race will not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors and supporters. About the School/ Our Mission

For over 100 years, Epiphany Catholic School has been located in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood and is dedicated to the formation and education of our youth. The 9 month school curriculum (Pre-K through 8th Grade) works to instill in students a sense of self-worth and respect for others, empowering them with the skills to set and achieve goals and become lifelong learners. We are proud to educate each of God's children in a nurturing and value centered environment offering a family-orientated community with the objective of inspiring each child to grow spiritually, intellectually, artistically, psychologically and socially, integrating our Catholic faith into all aspects of their lives.

The Students/ Who Benefits?

Our students, who are 97% Latino, are on the path to close the achievement gap that affects the Latino community and inhibits the common good. With nearly 80% of our students receiving some form of financial aid, no family is turned away because of financial reasons. Our parents likewise sacrifice to provide their students with an Epiphany education; the cost of which greatly falls below the actual cost of educating a child.

· Company name will appear on a prominently located sign at water station
