1st Annual Victoria Day Douglas Mile

The Victoria Day Douglas Mile is your opportunity to run down Douglas Street starting at Summit & Douglas to the finish line at City Hall before the Island Farms Victoria Day Parade starts.  There are two waves of participants, the High Performance Wave which will start at 8:55 am and the main start which will start right after.   The Parade starts at 9 am Sharp.

NO Race Day Registration. You can register online until 6 pm on Saturday, May 18th or at Frontrunners (1200 Vancouver St) on Sunday from 2 - 4 pm.

If you are a High Performance Athlete there are complimentary entries and half priced entries available by filling in the High Performance Application Form and submitting it to Bob Reid. The application can be downloaded from the website.

100% of the proceeds are going to the 21 partner charities of the GoodLife Fitness Victoria Marathon, the Victoria Festivals Society and the Victoria Marathon Society.  You can also donate more to each of the charities by adding to your registration fee.   When you register, choose which Charity Partner you would like to donate partial proceeds of your registration fee to.

The first 100 participants will receive a commemorative New Balance Shirt - 40 years of running to celebrate the 40th Running of the Victoria Marathon, hosted by the Victoria Marathon Society.

Each participant will receive a race bag and other sponsor donations.

Note:  All participants must be able to finish the Mile distance within 25 minutes.
