HUSKY HUSTLE 2020

The Homestead Elementary School's Husky Hustle will take place on May 2nd, 2020.

5K Course - May 2nd at 9:00 am

This flat and fast course takes you through the Homestead neighborhood, Wheatland Park, and uses the FVPD bike trail. Water will be available at the 1 and 2 mile markers.

*Awards:

• Overall first place male and female finishers in the 5K will receive a trophy. Overall first place male and female 14 and under will receive a trophy.
• 5K age groups, male and female, 1st-3rd place will receive a medal: 5 & under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

1 Mile Course - May 2nd at 8:30 am

The one mile course takes you through the Homestead neighborhood and uses a scenic, tree-lined bike path. This race is clock timed. All runners will receive a bib number. This race is ideal for younger children with or without a parent.

• Overall first place male and female finishers, 14 and under, will receive a trophy.
• 1st-3rd place will receive a medal: 5 & under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14

Official race t-shirts are guaranteed to those who register by April 17, 2020. Child and Adult sizes available!

Packet Pick-Up

Homestead Elementary School

Friday, May 1, from 7:00-8:00 pm

Saturday, May 2 from 7:00-8:00 am (race day)

Parking

Limited parking will be available at Homestead Elementary until 7:30am. Street parking is available on Providence, Lansdale, Grand Ridge Circle, Fairmont, etc. PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED on Hillsboro Blvd or Middlebury Drive.

Volunteering

This event takes many volunteers to run successfully! Please consider volunteering; even if you are running in one of the races, there's an opportunity for you! Click on the 'Volunteer' link on the left for a list of open positions.

Please Note:

-Walkers and runners with baby joggers or strollers ARE allowed, but they must start behind the runners. Dogs, bikes, skates of any kind, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited.

-A processing fee will be added to your order if paying electronically. Paper forms are available in the office, or can be requested via email.
