Participation Waiver
I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in these programs/activities and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity that my minor child and/or I may sustain as a result of said participation. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my minor child may be entitled to (or accrue to me or my minor child) as a result of participating in these programs/activities against: the Village of Deerfield, Deerfield Rotary Club, Deerfield Park District and including its officials, agents, volunteers and employees. I do hereby fully release and forever discharge Rotary Club from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss that my minor child or I may have or which may accrue to me or my minor child and rising out of, connected with, or in anyway associated with these activities. Participants registering or their parents hereby permit the taking of photographs, audio or video taping during the Rotary Race, activities for publication and use as Deerfield Rotary Club and/or Village of Deerfield deems appropriate. I have read and fully understand the above and waive and release all claims:

Further Race Details
REGISTER EARLY!! The first 200 registered participants are guaranteed race shirt. Registration fee increases to $30.00 on September 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM!
The 5K Race starts promptly at 8:00 AM, rain or shine. Race Day registration and packet pick up are from 7:00-7:45 AM. Inclement weather may alter or cancel event.
5K: One overall male/female and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place runners in each age group for both males and females will receive awards:
12 & under
13 - 15
16 - 24
25 - 39
40 - 49
50 - 59
60 - 69
70 & over
