Race Details
Registration opens at 7:00 AM
5K & 10K Start: 8:00 AM
1 Mile Run/Walk: 8:30 AM
Kids Dash will start immediately after the 5K/10K Finish - approximately 9:15 AM
Award Ceremony: 9:30 AM
FAMILIES CAN SAVE! Register four or more members of your family and receive a discount of $5.00 per registration. Discount will apply when you check out. Good for 5K/10K Registration Only.
Register early! Registration fees will increase $5.00 on race day. Must be registered by 8/28/22 to be guaranteed your shirt/size.
For the 10K and 5K awards will be given to the Top Overall Male and Female in each distance. Age Groups awards will be given to the first male/female in the following age groups: (virtual participants are not eligible for awards).

Participation ribbons will be given to all those that complete the 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash.
Race will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including injury or cancellation of event due to extreme conditions, weather and/or course, beyond race committee’s control. If race is cancelled due to Covid restrictions all registered participants will be switched over to virtual participation.
6000 Moms NFP
6000 Moms NFP is a gathering of women committed to creatively pursuing all avenues by which we can assist, comfort, and defend those seeking legal asylum in the United States. We hope to “Turn the World Around” by helping refugee and immigrant families thrive by connecting them to care, advocacy, support, and community. We envision a society where immigrants and refugees are welcomed, empowered, and treated as equals with kindness, dignity and respect.

Follow these easy steps to prepare for your tracking:
 TRACKING STEPS 1. Download the ASICS Runkeeper™ app to your phone and create an account or scroll down to log into an existing account Once you have completed your distance in the app, save your workout and it will automatically post to Race Roster results. (This step must be followed from your mobile device) |
 VIEWING AND POSTING MANUAL RESULTS If you plan to record using another software or tracking device or post manually from what is recorded on your watch, simply head here and "Submit Virtual Result" between now and September 25, 2022. |
FAQS:
- To record with tracking on the ASICS Runkeeper™ app, you will need to run or walk with your phone or with a connected wearable (see instructions below)
- You do not have to track with these technologies, it is optional!
