St. Vincent Ferrer Derby Dash 5k
It's off to the races! Please join us for the 11th annual St. Vincent Ferrer Derby Dash 5k and 1 mile Friar fun run and senior shuffle.
The month of May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. The purpose of our fundraising 5k is to provide an opportunity to celebrate and promote physical activity and the benefits of sports participation within our school and greater community. Proceeds from our fundraiser will go directly to SVF school.
Please be sure to join us after the race for our Run for the Roses Award Ceremony on the playground. The post-race ceremony will include race awards, and refreshments for all runners and shufflers.
Registration: Register for the race as an individual, family or group. You are able to donate even if you cannot make it to the race. If you would like to pay in cash, please send your name, email, and payment to Judy Bolton at the school.
Packet pick up: Packets will be sent home with students on Thursday, May 4th.
Drive and go- packet pick up will be a drive up on Le Moyne between Lathrop and Jackson at the following times and days:
- May 5th from 3:00-5:00pm
- May 6th from 7:00-7:40am
Chip Timing: This year's race will be professionally and accurately chip-timed by Race Time using disposable Bib Tag technology.
RESULTS: Official race results will be posted online to Race Roster. This is a timed sanctioned event.
Strollers welcomed on the course. Pets are not allowed on the course or school property.
