Race Details
Early Bird Registration Fees
Please note early bird registration fees will be available until 11:59 pm on Sunday, August 27. Registration will still be available online after this time until Saturday, September 9, 2023, but fees will increase to $40 for 5K individuals and $140 for Families of 4.
Day of Registration and Packet Pick Up
Walk-up registrations will be accepted on the event day for $40 per individual. Registration/Packet pick-up is from 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm the day of the race, September 10, 2023.

Sunday, September 10, 2023, at 2:00 pm
Course
This course is USATF certified and is located on the grounds of YMCA Camp Duncan, 32405 N. Highway 12, Ingleside, IL. This course starts from the camp's base and runs along the waterfront before circling the field and entering the wooded trail, which promises to offer some spectacular views.
Timing
This race utilizes electronic timing provided by Race Time. Results can be found at Race Time or on this site at the end of the race.
T-Shirt
5K runners and walkers will receive a short-sleeve t-shirt. Please register by Sunday, August 27, 2023, to be guaranteed a t-shirt!
Discounted Family Registration Rate
A discounted family registration is available for families of four or more (all registrants must be from the same household). For families of more than four people, please contact the Race Director, Lisa Schwabe, at harvesthustle@frassaticatholicacademy.org to receive a promotional code. Families must register by Saturday, September 9, 2023, to receive the family rate.
Age Groups and Award Categories
Awards will be given to the overall top male and female finishers. Age category awards for the top two male and female finishers include: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Other Information
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Camp Duncan property. All runners/walkers and volunteers are required to sign a participation waiver on the day of the event.
