This 12-week training program will prepare you for Bridge the Gap on May 17, 2014. Whether you want to run a better time or have never run a 5k, the training program will help you acheive your goals. The program includes 12 group runs every Saturday, a training schedule for you to do on your own, three supplemental fitness classes with NuFIT for You, and informational sessions with Dr. Anthony Biggs and his sports medicine staff.

Program Details
All of the proceeds of the training group go to Quincy Catholic Charities MedAssist program. As a participant of the program, you will receive support and encouragement from our trainers, a training program t-shirt, discounted Bridge the Gap registration fee, and a training regimen.
