* Ace the Swim: relaxation techniques, best start strategies for novice to expert swimmers, mental prep, open-water tips, best method for taking on and off wetsuit. We will do a short swim to practice the techniques discussed, wear suit and bring goggles, wetsuit and cap.
* Ace the Bike: pacing, gear selection, avoiding penalties, nutrition, mental tactics, fast transitions
Bring your bike, helmet, and bike shoes to practice transitions
* Ace the Run: pacing, technique, nutrition, mental tactics.
Bring run shoes to do a short transition run and to practice transitions
