The 3rd Annual Forget Me Not 5K/1mi Fun Run for Alzheimer's is ran in Bardstown, KY, named" Most Beautiful Small Town In America" by USA Today and Rand McNally. The route is ran through the city streets of Bardstown, some slight inclines but alot of flat running pavement also. It is perfect for any runner/walker. If not feeling up to running 5K, walk/run the 1miler. The 5K is a timed race. Teams of 3 and Teams of 5 can also register. We give a spirit award, along with all ages groups in genders. We also give an overall fastest time Men and Women. Door prizes are also given. This year Kona Ice will be greeting our runners at the finish line. In a small town we leave a big mark of raising Alzheimer's Awareness. Proceeds from this event go to the Alzheimer's Association.
