The run begins at Kapiolani Park by the Tennis courts and heads towards Waikiki. Take a right up Monsarrat, another right on Paki and head out over Diamond Head towards Kahala. A left at triangle park shadows the marathon course up Diamond Head road, a right on 18th followed by a right on Kilauea brings you to Kalanianaole Highway where you head out to Wailupe Circle before turning around and heading back to the park via a left on Kealaolu, a right on Kahala ave and back to the park finishing at the Honolulu Marathon finish line.
