This is my 6th year participating in the Mental Health Association in Delaware's E-Racing The Blues 5K/10K in honor of my father. Please help me support this amazing organization and all that they do to help others understand the importance of mental health, to reduce the stigma that surrounds mental illness, and to spread the word that knowledge and awareness of the issues can make a difference.
