Witches, ghosts and goblins are invited to the 3rd annual Black Hat Dash at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis—a 1 Mile & 5K frightfully fun run and weirdly wonderful walk for the whole family! Enjoy music, entertainment, giveaways, treats, a costume contest, and much more! Pricing includes a registration packet, a t-shirt, and a ticket to The Children's Museum Guild's 53rd annual Haunted House, Cursed Castle, opening at 10 a.m. following the race.

Cursed Castle Haunted House opens at 10:00am. Free admission to all race participants. Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

We want to see your best Halloween attire! Come decked out and enter our Black Hat Dash costume contest.
- Best Family Halloween costume (top 3 will be awarded)
- Best decorated stroller (top 3 will be awarded)
- Best Castled Theme costume contest (top 3 will be awarded)
To enter, visit the judge's table between 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. Winners will be announced immediately after the 1 Mile & 5k race.
