I have been running competitively for almost a full year now, and I am just starting to realize how powerful it can be. Running for a cause gives new purpose to my training, my racing, and my off-the-road activity. The Genesis Club House is an amazing organization dedicated to mental health recovery. The Club is, first and foremost, a community of people working together to grow stronger. It also offers housing, educational, employment, and wellness programs for all ages. Most importantly, they make sure to recognize strength in a person, instead of defining them by their diagnosis. I hope you can support this amazing organization and me by donating.
