Fundraising and Pledging
Help children realize who they are and what they can achieve - so they have the confidence and inspiration to pursue their dreams. The Y's Annual Campaign gives everyone the opportunity to learn grow and thrive by providing financial assistance for membership and programs at the Y.
When you give to the Y Annual Campaign, 100% of your gift goes toward making a meaningful, enduring impact right in your own community.
In 2010, Leah ran her first 5K, praying just to finish. One year later, after breaking her back in a motorcycle accident, she ran the 5K again and placed third in her age category. Another year later, Leah placed first in that 5K. The next day she completed her first half marathon, and started riding her Indian Scout motorcycle again! She's now completed eight full marathons and a half Ironman.
She counted on the Y to help her achieve success. " I really appreciate the Y's financial assistance I received after my accident that allowed me to be physically active and maintain a healthy lifestyle."Raise $100 in pledges and receive a Y embroidered running hat + a free entry to the 2019 race.
Raise $250 in pledges and find yourself in a Y embroidered 1/4 zip pull-over + a free entry to the 2019 race.
Raise $500 in pledges and receive a Y embroidered running jacket + a free entry to the 2019 race.
How to Raise PledgesAfter you register for one of the events (5K, 5 Mile, Half) you will have your own dedicated pledge page created for you. You can then share/email this personal pledge page with friends and family, asking them to make a donation directly to your page.
