EPIC Canadian 10K and 5K- Run/Walk

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL END THURSDAY JUNE 26TH AT MIDNIGHT

Open to all ages and all levels, on the biggest holiday weekend of the year:

Family Friendly, but no dogs or little wheeled things like skateboards. We will allow childrens strollers at the back of the 5k, but please not if you are going to run a sub-20 minute 5k! :-) We are trying to avoid conflict between ankles and wheels! :-)
