Sales director

Race Roster has outgrown its ‘start-up’ status and is looking to expand its leadership team. We are actively searching for a Director of Sales to join our team of highly motivated individuals. If you are a person who can inspire, develop, and coach teams of sales agents, and possess an analytical mind that can assess sales metrics and benchmarks we would love to meet you.

The person we are looking for should have the following qualities:

  • 3 or more years as a sales team lead or manager
  • Laser focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to recruit, hire, and train talented sales associates to achieve company goals
  • Ability to handle professional negotiations with clients
  • Ability to manage and implement sales objectives
  • Motivated to develop, direct, inspire and objectively evaluate a sales team
  • Intuitive knowledge of customer service, retention, and client management
  • Ability to learn the endurance industry, the needs of our clients, and have a passion for helping them

  • Ability to formulate insights based on trends for directing future actions

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000
in your first year, plus bonuses based on achieving sales goals.
