Gerry Lindgren Running Clinics - XTreme Summer Run Clinic

June 17 to July 26. Six weeks. M-W-F at 6pm and Sat. at 6:15am.

Gerry Lindgren Running Clinics are SUBMERSION training clinics and camps designed to fill you with strategy and philosophy from Gerry Lindgren. It is run in cooperation with Run Hawaii, a registered non-profit organization in the State of Hawaii.

XTreme Summer Run Clinic is a boot camp style session designed to get you in shape FAST! Open to everyone - 

If you are currently not a runner, that's ok. This INTENSE 6 week session will help get you there. The trainings are out and back - so you will never get left behind. If you are an intermediate or advanced runner, this INSPIRE you to greater heights. Learn the secrets from the world's premier long distance runner who is known for running 250 mile training weeks.

We will meet Monday - Wednesday - Friday evenings at 6pm. Saturday morning at 6:15am. First day is Monday June 17, 6pm at the Kapiolani Park bandstand.

Running form, drills, nutrition, stretching, recovery, injury prevention will also be taught - however, our main focus will be RUNNING.

We will seek out HILLS, TRAILS, STEPS, SAND, MUD, GRASS, and run LONG. Really LONG. This will be the type of training that you would not be comfortable doing on your own. Support and motivation will come from within our group.
