NR Road Racing presents a chocolatey good time. We are offering you a sweet treat to keep you going throughout the 5k.
Yes there will still be water stations, but for those of you with a sweet tooth, you can also have a little piece of joy. Enjoy a family friendly three mile course with your friends, family, and other choc-aholics strangers. Doesn’t matter how fast or old you are; everyone is welcome to participate and join in the fun!
The Chocolate: All chocolate is compliments of NR Road Racing. It is not mandatory if you take any, but you are more than welcome to have a sweet treat on us! There will be chocolate stations set up along the three mile course and of course, some more at the end!

Hello TheChocolate5K Participant!
First off, we’d like to thank each of you for coming out and joining us and your families/friends in what we hope will be a fun morning for each and everyone of you. We also want to thank you all for giving your time to assist the Autism Society of North Carolina!
Remember FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE WELCOME to enjoy the event and can still signup online as runners.
We’ll have staff and volunteers available on Saturday, Nov 23rd 8:00 - 10:00 AM for Runner Packet Pickup at WakeMed Soccer Complex (950 E Chatham St. Cary, NC 27511). We highly encourage carpooling. PARKING will be at available in the complex, so we shouldn't have any issues.
The run will start and end in the WakeMed Soccer Complex. The route for TheChocolate5k run can be found at:

When you’re done running, we’ll be still partying and filling up with chocolate. You are invited to hangout and party to the music and have some more (or your first) chocolate on us! Family and friends are always encouraged to join in the party at the end!
