Two day running camp featuring training and race strategies from Gerry Lindgren. Additional topics on Saturday include nutrition, shoes and apparel, core, massage and yoga for runners. Participate in an organized race on Sunday follwed by a wrap up session with questions and answers. This is your chance to learn from a legend in running, Olympian (1964 Tokyo), with 11 NCAA Championships, 57 American Track Records, and World Record holder (6-miles [with Billy Mills]).

Registration for the Johnny Faerber 10K race on Sunday is not including the price of camp. To participate in this race, please register directly with the Mid-Pacific Road Runners at: http://mprrc.com/raceschedule.html (Participation in this race is optional.) Preceding the race we will gather for running drills and stretching. After the award ceremony we will reconvene for a wrap-up session.
