The YMCA of Central Ohio Triathlon & Duathlon (formerly, the Greenswell Wellness Triathlon & Duathlon) is a sprint and olympic triathlon designed to be a fun event for all individuals regardless of their fitness and experience level. Proceeds from the event benefit the YMCA of Central Ohio.

Sprint Triathlon:0.45 mi swim+17 mi mile bike+ 3.1 mi run
Sprint Duathlon:2 mi run+17 mi bike+ 3.1 mi run
Olympic Triathlon:0.90 mi swim+ 26 mi bike+6.2 mi
This event is about enjoying it, and being a well-rounded athlete that has the perserverance to do three disciplines back to back.
