Inscription: En ligne jusqu'à midi le samedi 13 septembre ou lorsque le maximum de 450 participants sera atteint, et le dimanche, si il y a encore des places de disponibles, entre 7h et 9h30 au Centre Regional KC Irving.
Registration: Online until noon on Saturday September 13th or when the maximum of 450 participants is achieved, and on Sunday, if there are still spaces available, from 7am - 9:30am at the KC Irving Regional Center.

- Les coureurs doivent ramasser la puce et le dossard au plus tard à 9h30 le matin de la course au Centre KC Irving. Il y aura des points d'eau pour le 10km et le 5km. Un repas de SUBWAY sera servi après la course au centre Régional KC Irving.
- Runners are asked to pick up their chip and bib no later than 9:30am the morning of the race at the KC Irving Center. There will be water stations for the 10km and for the 5km. A meal from SUBWAY will be served after the race at the KC Irving Regional Center.

Kids races after the arrival of all 10km runners (around 12:30), medals for every kid!
