Olympic: 1500 M Swim, 40 K Bike, 10 K Run.
Sprint: 750 M Swim, 20 K Bike, 5 K Run.
Try a Tri: 300 M Swim, 15 K Bike, 3 K Run.
Youth: 300 M Swim, 7 K Bike, 3 K Run

Course/ Registration details
Registration and Race-kit Pickup will take place in the Jost Wharf Building located on the Guysborough Waterfront and will run from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm Saturday evening, and 7:00am to 8:00am Sunday morning.
Certain small parts of the course for the running section have small gravel road strips.
There will be updates on water temperature throughout the week leading up to Sunday.
