Proceeds raised benefit the residents of Cortland Acres. Help people age in healthy, affordable, and meaningful ways. Our campus in Thomas, WV includes a 94 bed skilled nursing facility offering long and short term care solutions, a Rehabilitation and Fitness center, and a 24 unit HUD certified housing development.
