The 2015 HR Downloads Rock the Road 10K is a 10-kilometer and 5-kilometer running road race that will start and finish at Masonville Place in London, Ontario. There will be live bands and cheerleaders along this flat and fast course which was designed to give you a personal best time!
5k is back! You asked...we delivered. If 10K is just too long, or you're looking to spin your wheels a little quicker for less time, this is the event for you!
Our Mission: To provide a quality road race for all ages and abilities that will generate funds to be given to Bethanys Hope Foundation.
Our Vision: To create an annual event that serves as a substantial fundraiser for Bethanys Hope Foundation while fostering an enthusiasm for the sport of running. The start/finish line as well as the course will resemble a festival type atmosphere with bands, cheerleaders, refreshments, massage, yoga, etc.
