FAQ's
How do I pick-up my tickets to Raging Waters for the ducks I adopted?
Starting at 10:45 am on the day of the event, there will be a table near the entrance of Raging Waters to pick-up your tickets. Half-day entry begins at 2 pm. These tickets are only valid for the day of the event. Please bring proof of ID to pick-up your tickets, you may NOT pick-up for others.
How does the Team competition work?
If you and your friends can combine to adopt more than 100 ducks, the team competition is for YOU! You'll create a team when you adopt ducks, then share your team name with your friends. Friends must join your team at the time of adoption, no switching teams or adding members after their duck adoption is complete. The team that adopts the most ducks will win some GREAT prizes including 2 tickets to the Sophie's Place Grand Opening (musical guest & date TBD). Click here to see a video of the 2013 Sophie's Place Grand Opening at Primary Children's Hospital in SLC.
