Hi I'm Sam, I like many things, like long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners, but most of all I like raising money for great causes, all while tuning my glute (or should I say busting hehe). this will be my first 5k and it has everything a 5k needs to be amazing, fitness, zombies, a great cause, me, what more could I ask for?
