Our story…
Again this year I will be running 21 km to bring awareness to youth mental health. Our area has been hard hit with the deaths of many of our youth to suicide. I run for with a heavy heart for Scott Forgie, Scott Gibbons, Colton Simons, Robbie Dean, Josh Schroeder and my son Mark Springer.
