FAQ
Q: What is the final day for online registration?
A: The last day to register online is September 22, 2016 at midnight. You will be able to register the day of the race between 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m for $30. We will accept cash or check. Day-of-race registrants will receive t-shirts and medals as long as supplies last.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are allowed in Grant Park. However, for the safety of our runners and pets, dogs are not allowed to participate in the race.
Q: We do I pick up my race bib?
A: Check-in will start at 7AM on race day at Grant Park. Grant Park is located at 840 Cherokee Ave, Atlanta, GA 30315. Tables will be set up in alphabetical order, please have your ID ready. Please refer to race course map for the location of the registration area.
Q: Will there be paramedics on site?
A: We will have emergency medical personnel on bikes on the course.
Q: Are there lockers to secure personal items?
A: There will not be a bag check area.
Q: Will there be restrooms nearby?
A: There will be portable restrooms near the check-in area.
Q: How do I join an existing team?
A: When you register for the race, select the button that reads, “Yes, add this participant to a team created by someone else.” From the dropdown menu, select the team you’d like to join and sign up!
Q: How can I contribute more?
A: If you are registered, you can pledge to yourself. You can also pledge to a team or another individual participant. Or you can DONATE NOW directly to Year Up.

A: Year Up Greater Atlanta is a nonprofit organization offering an intensive training program that helps urban youth ages 18–24 get the skills, college credits, corporate internships, and other supports they need to start promising careers or finish college.
