Come join us as we team up with Paint Georgia Pink to help the fight against breast cancer. This eighth-year event will be held at Stone Mountain Park. Participants will receive a black/pink t-shirt and the 1st 200 finishers will receive a medal!

Paint Georgia Pink's mission is to help with direct assistance to those in need that are uninsured, under-insured and under served in the State of Georgia who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Paint Georgia Pink continually strives to provide funds to local hospital foundations for distribution to patients with breast cancer who find they have to make a decision between paying their day to day bills and paying for treatment. Funds raised provide direct assistance for paying for things like mortgage or rent, groceries, transportation to treatment costs, and utility bills.
We do not believe anyone fighting for his or her lives against breast cancer should have to choose between a roof over their heads or the treatment they so desperately need. We have found a vital area of immediate need that is not often being covered by other breast cancer organizations.
Where does the money go? Typically we donate the money to a local hospital under the directive that it will help current breast cancer patients who are need of financial support to exist in our modern world. Most hosptial employ a social worker who assists us in finding at need patients. In the last 12 months we donated $4000 to Gwinnett Medical Center; $2500 to Memorial Health, Savannah; $2500 to Floyd County Medical; $700 to Union County General. For this years race all fundraising will go towards Dekalb Medical Center.
