This camp is for you if you are somewhere between a beginner and an advanced runner. Maybe you’re someone that has an idea there is more ability inside you that you have not connected with yet. Perhaps you’re looking to set a PR in a half marathon, or work towards your first marathon. The focus for this camp is to explore your limits, and give you all the tools you need to lift your running to a level that you didn’t know you could achieve.
This camp is perfect for you if you are a woman runner that can already run a 10K distance at 10 min/mile or faster at home elevation. Note that if you are a faster runner than the pace guide, you can still benefit from this camp if the timing works for you.
Each camp includes accommodation (2 women per room sharing in a double room – 4 in bunk room – single room and shared room options available), coaching, video review of running form, all meals, water and juices, all sessions, group transport, journals, towels, bedding and a women’s cut tech tee shirt.
To register, complete your personal details along with credit or debit card details. Note that initial payment at time of registration is 50% of camp cost. The balance is due on or before the 1st of the month preceding camp date – for this camp the balance is due on or before June 1st, 2017. The balance payment is by check made payable to Terry Chiplin, and sent to Active at Altitude, PO Box 1987, Estes Park, CO 80517.
