On December 9, 2017, the Fountain Valley YMCA is hosting our 9th annual Jingle Bell 5k and 1 Mile Kids’ Fun Run event in Fountain, Colorado at the Fountain Creek Regional Park/Trail.
The Jingle Bell 5k and 1 Mile Kids’ Fun Run, presented by Kaiser Permanente, is the eagerly anticipated Holiday event of the season and is a fundraiser for the YMCA.
TEAMS: You will be prompted during the registration process to sign up for a 5K team - you must have 4 or more participants to get the discount ($3 off per person)

Furry Friends Closed
Furry Friends are now welcome to run with their human friends! Must be leashed, current on shots, and well behaved. Human friends must pick up after furry friends. Furry friends will receive a rock'n bandana and a treat! All furry animals must run in the furry friendly wave. Don't worry, your time starts when you cross the starting line and end when you cross the finish line.

The 9th Annual YMCA Jingle Bell 5k presented by Kaiser Permanente is right around the corner and in true holiday fashion, we would like to say THANK YOU! This is going to be our biggest, best 5k yet and we couldn't do it without you!
In order to prep you for the festivities, (1) LIKE us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/YMCARACES where we’ll give you any last minute updates and you can check for free photos after the race, (2) share the YMCA Race Series Facebook page so your friends and family will know where to find you and (3) check out this important info below!
Packet Pickup
December 8th from 12-7pm located at the Colorado Running Company (5262 N. Nevada Ave Suite 140 in Colorado Springs)
December 9th starting at 8am at the Fountain Creek Regional Park.
On Site Registration
We will have on site registration, December 9th at the Fountain Creek Regional Park for $50 from 8:00-9:15am. We will be accepting registrations however the race shirt is not guaranteed. Anyone registering after 9:15am may not be chip timed. Tell your friends to register now!
Race Day Info
Parking: We highly encourage carpooling! Parking is available at the Fountain Creek Regional Park and the field north of the park. Again, PLEASE carpool.
Start Times: 9:30am 5K, 9:00am 1-mile Kids Run (free)
Where: Fountain Creek Regional Park, 2010 Duckwood Road in Fountain.
Awards for 5K: Presented immediately following the race to the top three finishers in each division as well as the top three overall female and male finishers. Results will be posted at www.ppymca.org/jinglebell as soon as possible.
Vendor Village: Stop by the vendor village after you finish and visit our sponsors and vendors!
Race Day Etiquette: Please keep to the right on the path and allow for faster runners to pass on the left.
