Kids Tri: Friday, February 10 at 5:00 pm
Ages: 6 - 12, older kids are encouraged to do the adult

Adult Tri & Relay: Saturday, February 11

at 7am

Ages: 12 & Up, if you’re not sure you can do it all, split it up as a relay with your friends, colleagues or family!

Kids Tri Event Details

Friday, February 10:

Check-In Begins at 4:30 pm; First Wave begins at 5pm. Your child's wave will be sent out on Wednesday, February 8.

Layout of event:

7 minute swim. 7 minute bike. 7 minute run. There are 5 minutes in between each event. Please make sure your child has sneakers and a change of clothes ready so transitions are smooth. It is a short period of time but with things laid out you can make it happen. Kids will use spin bikes for the biking portion. Please know these are adult bikes, which is why we recommend that children 6 and up participate. Any kids under the age of 6 may not be able to reach the bikes. Please feel free to bring your child in to test out the bikes before registering. You can email Lindsey to set up a time to test the bikes out. After biking kids will run on the track too, not on the treadmill.

Adult Tri Event Details

Saturday, February 11:

Check-In begins at 6:30 am; First Wave begins at 7 am. You will receive your heat time by Thursday, February 9.

Layout of Event:

15 minute swim. 15 minute bike. 15 minute run. 5 minute transition time.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your heat to check in. You may lay your belongings out behind your pool lane to make the transition from the pool to bike more fluid.
