There are lots of reasons to run. Health, weight loss, and 5k’s with friends. But running isn’t fun when it hurts. Good run form, proper warm-ups and some confidence can help you enjoy running a whole lot more! So, whatever your goal this intro to running clinic will get you started safely with a foundation to improve on.
What:
6 week run/walk program that includes two runs per week with pre-run discussion topics to help you feel confident you’re on the right track.
