My Story…
July of 2016 my beautiful mother, Nancy Ritter, was diagnosed with a very rare form of Ovarian Cancer Uterine CarcinoSarcoma (MMMT) and despite her resiliency and bravery, this very little known form of cancer took her life less than 9 months later on March 9th, 2017. My mother's doctors and surgeons did all they could, but with little research to date on MMMT, her outlook was grim from the beginning. I am dedicated to to continuing my mother's fight and doing my best to raise more awareness about this rare form of cancer and raise more money for Ovarian Cancer research in general. My hope is that armed with more information, research, and technology, perhaps those in the future may have a better chance of surviving this terrible disease. Please help me raise money towards my goal of raising $5,000 towards this cause and/or joining my team and running with us for the event (team name is Loving Memory of Nancy Ritter). I love and miss you everyday Mom!!
