My Story…
Sydenham is often part of my training. I wish I could say I like it, but it really is about four and half minutes of hard effort and focus. I met the organizer of this event at the Paris to Ancaster Race this year. An excellent guy doing his best for a great cause. I promised to sign up for this years race, and here I am. Last year was the first year, very well run and safe, doing a shorter section of the full climb to make it even more intense and painful. Looking forward to lining up for the start at 7AM on Saturday. Thanks for your support of this worthy cause!
