Run Strength & Cross Training Clinic

Who:

Beginner and intermediate runners looking for -

-improved running potential
-running injury prevention
-nutrition advice and maybe some weight-loss

What:

Running faster, longer and injury free requires sport specific strength training.

-6 week cross-training workout program
-2 coach led workouts per week

Access to a closed Facebook group to ask questions and get support

Optional 5K races

-Cinco de Mayo Trail Run - Friday May 5th in Castle Rock
-Spring Time in Monument Trail Run - Saturday May 20th in Monument

This group will be a fun, motivational, judgment free environment that welcomes everyone willing to learn and have fun.
