Be part of a family-friendly Thanksgiving tradition. The Burlington Turkey Trot is a 5k run/walk through beautiful Burlington on Thanksgiving Day morning.
The event will be staged at Burlington High School, 400 McCanna Parkway, Burlington. Race-day packet pickup will begin at 7 a.m. and the race will start on McCanna Parkway at 8:30 a.m. After the race come back to the high school for light refreshments and awards to the top three male and female runners in each age group. We will also announce the turkey and pie raffle winners after the race.
We are offering a team option. Teams must have at least three participants and time is calculated by combining the times of the top three finishers on each team. Awards will given to the top 3 teams. There is no separate registration for teams; everyone must register as an individual. During the process you can either create a team or join a team that has already been formed.
