Race the Phantom has been around since 2007, that means this is the 10th anniversary, and of course that the Phantom is getting pretty old and cranky.
For those of you who will be travelling to the Phantom from afar, you may plan your trip to the McAdam NB area. The actual race start location will be revealed much much closer to the actual race date. If you have any concerns, please email me with your location and I will give you an estimate of your travel time.
Race Schedule
August 4th – midnight start
Teams - you may race as a team of two, three, four – coed or single gender – you can race as a team of 20 (contact me first)……I don’t care, just come out and race. That being said, the preference is a coed team of four which will put your team in the Premiere Division. All other teams are in the Open Division, not that there is anything wrong with that.
Prizes – there will be some (there always are) and they will be great thanks to our awesome sponsors
Boats – we are working on supplying boats……if we are unable to, we will contact you. Please bring your own paddle gear (PFD, paddles, throw line, bailer, glow sticks)
Camping – we will be providing camping accommodations (campsite), please one tent per team if possible, we will have our BIG ex-military tent available for mapping sessions in case it rains.
