DAY: Famous 5K Fun Run/Walk and Fun Zone

NIGHT: BBQ, Beer Garden and Live Music

The start is 9:45am for the Fun Run/walk. The race starts (and ends) in the heart of Eagle Harbour at Thunderbird Marina at 5776 Marine Drive in West Vancouver.

Follow a delightful 5km route through the Eagle Harbour community including the wonderfully picturesque Seaview Trail. This trail offers impressive views of Fisherman’s Cove framed by windswept conifers and arbutus trees. You'll see Passage Island sitting proudly at the entrance to Howe Sound and Eagle Island with its many inhabitants motoring back and forth on their small barges. You may even see the myriad of dotted white sails on the water from the popular West Vancouver Yacht Club and Eagle Harbour Yacht Club.

In the distance, view the mountains of Vancouver Island with the smaller silhouettes of the Gulf Islands before them. Always so much to see!


Then in the evening join us for our LIVE Free music concert at the Marina. BBQ and Beer garden also available so come along and bring the Dads for a Father's Day they will never forget.

Course Map

The race starts (and ends) in the heart of Eagle Harbour at Thunderbird Marina at 5776 Marine Drive in West Vancouver.

The Route

The 5 km route, exits the Marina and crosses Marine Drive and heads up Primrose to join Cranley Drive then onto the wonderfully scenic Seaview Trail. The route continues on this old railway trail to a turn around at the end by Eagleridge Drive (fabulous water stop here) and then returns back all the way down to the starting point at Thunderbird Marina. Care must be taken crossing Marine Drive. Marshalls will be on hand to ensure a safe crossing. Please follow their instructions.

Fun Zone

Located in the Thunderbird Marina, the Fun Zone Village provides loads of post-race entertainment for the whole family and is included FREE with your registration!
