This time of year can be stressful and overwhelming for many so Kathy Johnston-Isenor of Fitness Junkies is here to help you prepare to take on the holiday season with strength and confidence.She'll coach you through a workout (suitable for all fitness levels) and guide you in developing skills to deal with the stress and the food! Wind down with a yoga practice courtesy of Holly Ross of The Yoga Hen Adventures.
Grab a group of friends and join us November 25th at the Louis Millett Community Complex from 9:30-11am.
Please note that adult language will be used during this workout! Kathy's been known to drop an f-bomb or two or three. ;-) DEADLINE for shirt orders is November 11th!
