Our event would not be possible without the support and enthusiasm of our volunteers. Invite your friends and family to the S'more Adventure Race as we raise money to send kids to Camp Shady Brook. Thank you for making the first annual S'more Adventure Race a success.

September 29th

Packet Pickup

3pm - 8pm


Hand out packets and assist with race registrations.

September 30th

Pre-Race    Construction/Parking/ Finish Line 

5:00am - 3:00pm

Starting Line

Pre-Race Construction: Helps set-up start and finish area. Move to parking lot once set up. Parking: Park cars. Finish Line: Assist with timing, finish line food and awards.


Race Day   Registration 

6:00am - 8:00am

Starting Line

Register new runners. 


6:00am - 8:00am

Startling Line

Hand out packets to preregistered runners. 

Timing Assistants

6:30am - 2:00pm

Starting Line

Run new registrations to timer. Assist with getting print out of awards to prize assistants. 


7:00am - 2:00pm


Take awesome photos.

Water Station

6:00am - 2:00pm

Turn Around Point

Assist with the water/aid station.

Emcee Assistant

6:00am - 2:00pm

Starting Line

Assist emcee with team names, sponsors, special announcements. Assist with sound setup and tear down.

Course Monitor

6:00 - 2:00pm

Multiple locations on course

Guide participants on course.

Course Challenge Monitors

 6:00am - 2:00pm  Multiple locations on course  Assist with challenges on course. Special knowledge and skills may be required. 

Course Sweeper

2:00pm - 4:00pm


Sweep Course afterwards to ensure all runners/walkers are off course.
