Brainsport Run Academy Fall Session 2017

This 10 km Clinic coached by Tarrant Cross Child starts Monday, Aug. 28/17 at 6pm at Brainsport, 616 10th St E, Saskatoon.

Tarrant is a very enthusiastic coach with with a desire to see paricipants reach their goals. With Tarrant's history as a competitive runner and skill in coaching you will love his clinic.

During the course you will receive 8 weekly presentations regarding nutrition, stretching, running technique, and other useful presentations regarding running.

Please come prepared to run. Participants will need good running shoes and proper running clothing to address the weather of the day.

This will be a very fun and interactive 12 weeks of training as you meet new people and train together.

This Clinic will run for 12 weeks and end on Nov 13th in time for the annual Gingerbread Run. This run fills up very quickly but special consideration will be given to all 10 k clinic participants. You will be guarenteed the option of registering for the run if you like although it is best to register as early as possible to prevent any possible compications. Because this runs fills very quickly we ask that you decide to register or not as early as possible to give others a chance to register as well.

A Race entry deadline will be given to you once the clinic starts.

Join us for our Learn To Run Course coached by Kimberlee Galus. Kimberlee is a staff member at Brainsport and is an avid runner. As a third year University student studying nutrition she will be a great resource of information relating to running and general health.

This is an eight (8) week course beginning Wed. Sept. 27/17, 6pm at Brainsport. This course will bring you from where you are to running a 5 km race at the Gingerbread Run ion November 19/17.

During the course you will receive weekly presentations regarding nutrition, stretching, running technique, and other useful presentations regarding running.

As a participant in this run course you will be guarenteed the option of registering for the run if you like although it is best to register as early as possible to prevent any possible compications. This run fills up quickly so we ask that you decide quickly in order to give others an opportunity to register as well.

Join us for our YMCA Learn To Run Course coached by Colin Federow. Colin is a staff member at Brainsport, a very experienced Run Academy Coach and an avid runner and gym enthusiast. As a recent graduate in the field of Physiotherapy to add to his resume of coaching he will help you reach your goal of a 5km run and a gain a solid running platform.

This is an eight (8) week course beginning Thursday, Sept. 28/17, 6pm at YMCA complex, 25 22st E, Saskatoon, next to Mid Town Plaza. This course will bring you from where you are to running a 5 km race at the Gingerbread Run in November.

During the course you will receive weekly presentations regarding nutrition, stretching, running technique, and other useful presentations regarding running.

As a participant in this run course you will be guarenteed the option of registering for the run if you like although it is best to register as early as possible to prevent any possible complications. This run fills up quickly so we ask that you decide quickly in order to give others an opportunity to register as well.
