September 21, 2019. Challenging 15km mountain trail run, starting at beautiful Westwood Lake in Nanaimo, at the base of Mount Benson. The race begins with an easy 2km section on the lake at 562 ft. elevation. You then proceed into the Park for 4 km elevating to 1,000 ft. before the climb starts to 3,280 ft. elevation over a 2km distance. You will run along the ridge of Mount Benson with amazing views before starting the decent to Westwood Lake for the final leg. 2. An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into this event.
3. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.

5. The charge on your credit card will appear from Race Roster for your online registration into this event.
Cancellation Policy
I, the REGISTRANT, agree and understand that there will be no refunds, or deferrals for my registration into the Mount Benson Grind Trail Run and/ or Family Run. Transfers to another runner will be allowed for a $10 fee. However should I need to cancel my registration for a medical reason (a doctor’s letter is required), a 90% refund will be given up to ONE MONTH prior to the race. No refunds will be given within one MONTH of the race. Refunds will ONLY be given to the injured person.
I, the REGISTRANT, agree and understand that in the event of race cancellation due to an act of nature or other factors beyond the control of organizers, no refunds will be issued, however, should the race be rescheduled, all entries will be transferred to that date.
I, the REGISTRANT, understand that www.raceroster.com "hereinafter, referred to as RACEROSTER" provides an online registration service for the Mount Benson Grind Trail Run and/ or Family Run "hereinafter, referred to as the EVENT" and that RACEROSTER collects registration fees and submits them to the EVENT on my behalf. All communications regarding potential refunds are to be dealt with between the REGISTRANT and the EVENT.
