Come join our "Walk to Run" (001 and 101 groups) or "Run Stronger" (201 group). This 12 week program will help you either to get into running for the first time, get back into running after a break or run stronger than before.
We will meet once a week and gradually increase the volume to help you be successful and get to your goal. At the end of the clinic we will have a fun evening run in Fort Langley along the trails followed by a pub night at the Fort Langley Pub.
This is a great way to get in shape for the winter and make sure you do not have to make New Years resolutions!
