Why 22toZero?
Everyday there are approximately 22 suicides among America’s Veterans and Active Duty, that means 8,030 will take their lives this year right here at home.
Our goal is simple…
March together to show they do not fight alone!
Connect Veterans in our community.
Raise funds to support the missions of other Veteran Support Organizations.
Every year a non-profit is chosen to receive the funds raised from the event and they all share the same mission- Supporting Veterans.
This year, Sacred Soil for Veterans will be the beneficiary. The Sacred Soil Project is a mobile, grass-roots, non-profit corporation located in Tallahassee, Florida. Their mission is to reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness in the Tallahassee area by creating authentic relationships with people living on the streets and in homeless camps. They provide support through the distribution of food, other comforts, and encouraging words.
Please join us for a day to honor America's Veterans and give back to our local community.
