My Story…
MOVE is an independent registered non-profit society. Our mandate is to give adults and children with physical disabilities who need assisted exercise a safe and encouraging place to move their bodies, continue therapy and improve their quality of life in the freedom of a specialized fitness centre.
On October 8th I am running the GoodLife 8km run and with your help will be able to reach my goal of raising $1000 to help support this amazing and needed facility for our community!
