My Story…
Please help me Support Our Troops and Soldier On by contributing to the Canada Army Run. These projects of CFMWS help those currently serving or veterans of the CAF and their families to deal with the rigours of service life and the aftermath. I have recently joined Soldier On to help me stay focused and engaged in a healthy lifestyle.
I will be running the half-marathon this year. My third time running this event (the first time since 2009).
