Congratulations to all registered participants of the 2018 Heart Breaker Challenge! We know that sometimes things change, or maybe you know someone who didn't get around to completing their registration but still wants to be part of this fantastic event... please read the information below:
Registration Transfers:
Registration transfers can be completed ONLY during Event Packet pick up on May 25, 2018 between 9am-8pm, and May 26, 2018 between 9am-12pm under the tent at the Matchette Rd. entrance of Malden Park. The participant transferring in must attend in person with government issued photo ID and be a minimum of 16 years old on Event Day. (If the participant is 16 or 17 years old a parent/guardian must also be present to complete and endorse our event waiver.) They will be charged a $10 CASH transfer fee, and will be guaranteed SWAG. Please note there will be no ATM on site. The participants transferring are responsible to work out the original registration cost payment between themselves.
Last Minute Registrations:
Last minute registrations can be completed ONLY during Event Packet Pick Upon May 25, 2018 between 9am-8pm, and May 26, 2018 between 9am-12pm under the tent at the Matchette Rd. entrance of Malden Park. The participant registering must attend in person with government issued photo ID and be a minimum of 16 years old on Event Day. (If the participant is 16 or 17 years old a parent/guardian must also be present to complete and endorse our event waiver.) They will be charged an $80 CASH registration fee. No SWAG will be provided, but a finish line beverage and post-event food will still be provided. Please note there will be no ATM on site.
The 6th Annual Event will be the weekend after Victoria Day on Saturday, May 26th, 2018.
As always, you must be a minimum of 16yrs old on Event Day and you can register as an Individual or a Team of 4. If you have 5 or more Teams (4 participants per team) or 20 or more Individual participants.....Please email heartbreakercontact@gmail.com and we can simplify the registration process (Group Registration information must be received in full by April 27, 2018 to be eligible.)
This is a Fundraising Event organized by Volunteers. While we do understand that unforseen circumstances such as an injury or other obligations may prevent you from participating after you register, we do have a "NO REFUND" policy. Transfers are subject to applicable charges.

Event Packet Pick-up
You can pick up your event packet with swag at Malden Park at the Matchette Rd. entrance on:
May 25, 9:00am - 8:00pm
May 26, 9:00am - 12:00pm
You can only pick up your own event packet. You must show photo ID to receive your packet and your wristband. The wristband will indicate whether you receive an alcoholic beverage or water at the finish line. The wristband will also allow you quicker access to the staging area on event day.
Remember, swag will include this year's edition of the Heart Breaker beverage glass, in addition to other useful Heart Breaker items.
Limited edition Heart Breaker shirts will be on sale (or $75 in pledges will get you the same t shirt for free) . No additional shirts will be ordered. Get them while they last!
